Background
- More than 40 years at the service of the electronics industry:

- 1961 Creation of ATG company in the Paris area,
- 1967 The company settles in Normandy and launches a 19" offer,
- 1979 Launching of the "TOLKIT" brand with a catalogue containing several hundred references,
- 1986 Construction at Glos (14 ) of a 8000mē plant dedicated to thin sheet metal working (own products, and subcontracting),
- 1989 Acquisition of the "OSL" company at Carros ( 06 ) specialized in racks and systems,
- 1992 Merger of "ATG TOLKIT" and "OSL SYSTEMS" companies to create the "ATOS" company,
- 1997 - 2001 Successive extensions of the Glos site (16000mē),
- 2003 Extension of the Carros site (5000mē).
